We describe our tours as accurately as we can. Photos show what a trip can be like — the sea, the weather and the wildlife are different every day, and we can’t promise you’ll see a particular animal or place.
Prices are in US dollars. We may change our prices at any time, but the price we confirm when you book is the price you pay.
4. Bookings
Bookings, payments, cancellations, changes and refunds are covered by our Booking & Cancellation Terms, which also set out what we ask of everyone on board. Please read them before you book.
5. Our content
The photos, text, logo and designs on this website belong to Anegada Boat Tours or the people who made them, and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to share links to our pages, but please ask us before reusing anything else.
6. Other websites
Our website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they use your information.
7. Our liability
We provide our website with reasonable care, but the information on it is general — please check anything important with us before you rely on it. We aren’t liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the site.
